salute I saw before me
a young, smart looking,
confident ensign ready to go out and conquer
the
world! I knew that the officer before me was a
product of parental
guidance and Academy training and
that he was ready to lead men into "Harm's
Way". I
know that Scott is now standing tall in front of our
creator
waiting his next orders.
